Saved Searches/Reports enhancements live on February 25
The Saved Searches/Reports feature in ShopUW+ has been enhanced thanks to user feedback. Enhancements are live starting February 25, 2022.
ShopUW+ Training Resources launches February 25
ShopUW+ Training Resources is your new home for the resources you need to understand ShopUW+. The ShopUW+ Training Resources web page replaces the Quick Reference Guide materials as of February 25, 2022. User feedback was essential in helping create this new resource format.
System updates coming March 21
ShopUW+ will be unavailable from 8 p.m. March 18 through 11 a.m. March 20 due to system updates. Regular system updates occur several time each year, and there is an outage with each update release.
Airgas Cylinder Rental – UW–Madison Only
New guidance has been issued regarding the Airgas Cylinder rental billing process.

The Procure-to-Pay Automation project website will be retired on December 20. The P2P website will be redirected to ShopUW+ Essentials for you to get project updates on the Phase 2 Updates page.
McKesson Medical Supply punchout catalog now live
The McKesson Medical Supply punchout catalog is now live in ShopUW+ for Eau Claire, Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison, Milwaukee, Parkside, Platteville, River Falls, Stout, Superior, System and Whitewater.
Holiday 2021 Delivery Schedules
End of year holidays will impact order deliveries for MDS, Staples, Fisher, and VWR. Please be aware of these delays and/or take appropriate actions to place orders ahead of normal lead times if earlier delivery to your location is critical.
